I wanted the grout cleaned, not the tile. The owner came out to determine I have mold on my shower grout, he is sending a second tech with special mold spray. Hopefully, it works, if not, he will recommend someone to add new grout line filler. The owner went the extra mile, he is super conscientious about his service! James S.
